10 Top Extraordinary People in the World

1. Kim Ung-Yong: Attended University at age 4, Ph.D at age 15; world’s highest IQ

This Korean super-genius was born in 1962 and might just be the smartest guy alive today (he’s recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as having the highest IQ of anyone on the planet). By the age of four he was already able to read in Japanese, Korean, German, and English. At his fifth birthday, he solved complicated differential and integral calculus problems. Later, on Japanese television, he demonstrated his proficiency in Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, German, English, Japanese, and Korean. Kim was listed in the Guinness Book of World Records under “Highest IQ”; the book estimated the boy’s score at over 210.Kim was a guest student of physics at Hanyang University from the age of 3 until he was 6. At the age of 7 he was invited to America by NASA. He finished his university studies, eventually getting a Ph.D. in physics at Colorado State University before he was 15. In 1974, during his university studies, he began his research work at NASA and continued this work until his return to Korea in 1978 where he decided to switch from physics to civil engineering and eventually received a doctorate in that field. Kim was offered the chance to study at the most prestigious universities in Korea , but instead chose to attend a provincial university. OFFERING

One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay his way through school, found he had only one thin dime left, and he was hungry.

He decided he would ask for a meal at the next house. However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the door. Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water. She thought he looked hungry so brought him a large glass of milk. He drank it slowly, and then asked, “How much do I owe you?”

“You don’t owe me anything,” she replied “Mother has taught us never to accept payment for a kindness.” He said… “Then I thank you from my heart.” His name was Howard Kelly.

As Howard Kelly left that house, he not only felt; stronger physically, but his faith in God and man was strong also. He had been ready to give up and quit.

Years later that young woman became critically ill. The local doctors were baffled. They finally sent her to the big city, where they called in specialists to study her rare disease. Dr. Howard Kelly was called in for the consultation. When he heard the name of the town she came from, a strange light filled his eyes.

Immediately he rose and went down the hall of the hospital to her room. Dressed in his doctor’s gown he we not in to see her. He recognized her at once. He went back to the consultation room determined to do his best to save her life. From that day he gave special attention to the case.

After a long struggle, the battle was won. Dr. Kelly requested the business office to pass the final bill to him for approval. He looked at it, then wrote something on the edge and the bill was sent to her room.

She feared to open it, for she was sure it would take the rest of her life to pay for it all. Finally, she looked, and something caught; her attention on the side as She read these words…..

“Paid in full with one glass of milk.” (Signed) Dr. Howard Kelly.

Tears of joy flooded her eyes as her happy heart prayed: “Thank You, GOD, that Your love has spread abroad through human hearts and hands.”

9 Healthy Habits

We don't yet have the perfect formula for long life,

happiness and physical health, but a little careful

distillation of the massive amount of research on

health and longevity reveals that cultivating nine

basic habits will significantly increase the odds of

your living long, well and happily, in a robust,

healthy, weight-appropriate body.

1.Eat your vegetables.

No kidding. And I'm talking at least 9 servings a

day.. Unless you're following the most stringent

first stage of the Atkins Diet, you should be able

to consume 60-120 grams of carbs a day

(depending on your weight and exercise level),

and you'd have to eat a stockyard full of spinach

to get to that amount. Every major study of

long-lived, healthy people shows that they eat a

ton of plant foods. Nothing delivers antioxidants,

fiber, flavonoids, indoles, and the entire

pharmacopia of disease fighting phytochemicals

like stuff that grows.

2.Eat fish and/or take fish oil.

The Omega-3's found in cold-water fish like

salmon deserve the title of "wellness molecule

of the century". They lower the risk of heart

disease, they lower blood pressure, they

improve mood and they're good for the brain.

And if you're pregnant, they may make

your kid smarter!

3.Connect.

And I'm not talking about the internet. In virtually

every study of people who are healthy and happy

into their 9th and 10th decade, social connections

are one of the "prime movers" in their life.

Whether church, family, volunteer work or community,

finding something you care about that's bigger than

you that you can connect with and that involves other

people (or animals) will extend your life, increase

your energy, and make you happier. Only always.

4.Get some sun.

At least 10-15 minutes three times a week.

Interestingly, a recent study of four places in

the globe where people lived the longest and

were the healthiest noted that all four places

were in sunny climates. Sun improves your

mood and boosts levels of cancer-fighting,

performance-enhancing, bone-strengthening

vitamin D, a vitamin most people don't get

nearly enough of.

5.Sleep Well.

If you're low in energy, gaining weight, grumpy

and looking haggard, guess what? - chances are

you're not sleeping nearly long enough nor well

enough. By sleeping "well", I mean uninterrupted

sleep, in the dark, without the television on, in a

relaxing environment. Nothing nourishes,

replenishes and restarts the system like 7-9 hours

sleep. Hint: start by going to bed an hour early.

And if you've got a computer in the bedroom,

banish it.

6.Exercise every day.

Forget this 20 minutes three times a week stuff.

Long lived people are doing things like farm

chores at 4:30 in the morning! Our Paleolithic

ancestors traveled an average of 20 miles per day.

Our bodies were designed to move on a regular

basis. New studies show that merely 30 minutes a

day of walking not only reduces the risk of most

serious diseases, but can even grow new brain cells!

7.Practise Gratitude.

By making a list of things you're grateful for, you

focus the brain on positive energy. Gratitude is

incompatable with anger and stress. Practise using

your under-utilized "right brain" and spread some

love. Focusing on what you're grateful for - even for

five minutes a day - has the added benefit of being

one of the best stress -reduction techniques on the

planet.

8. Eat red grapes.

The resveratrol in dark grapes is being studied for

its effect on extending life, which it seems to do for

almost every species studied. (So does eating about

1/3 less food, by the way.) If you've got a problem

with alcohol, you can get resveratrol from grapes,

peanuts or supplements. (And if you're a woman,

and you choose the alcohol option, make sure

you're getting folic acid every day.)

9.Get the sugar out.

The number one enemy of vitality, health and

longevity is not fat, it's sugar. Sugar's effect on

hormones, moods, immunity, weight and possibly

even cancer cells is enormous, and it's all negative.

To the extent that you can remove it from your diet,

you will be adding years to your life and life to your

years.

This list may not be perfect and it may not be

complete, but it's a start. As my dear grandmother

used to say, "Couldn't hurt". Not one of these"habits"

will hurt you, all will benefit you, and some may

make the difference between life and death.

And it's never too late to start cultivating them.

Enjoy the journey!

Think deeply

Something To Think About! Imagine that you had won the following prize in a contest: Each morning your bank would deposit $86,400.00 in your private account for your use. However, this prize has rules, just as any game has certain rules. The first set of rules would be: Everything that you didn't spend during each day would be taken away from you. You may not simply transfer money into some other account. You may only spend it. Each morning upon awakening, the bank opens your account with another $86,400.00 for that day. The second set of rules: The bank can end the game without warning; at any time it can say, its over, the game is over! It can close the account and you will not receive a new one. What would you personally do? You would buy anything and everything you wanted, right? Not only for yourself, but for all people you love, right? Even for people you don't know, because you couldn't possibly spend it all on yourself, right? You would try to spend every cent, and use it all, right? ACTUALLY, this GAME is REALITY! Each of us is in possession of such a magical bank. We just can't seem to see it. The MAGICAL BANK is TIME! Each morning we awaken to receive 86,400 seconds as a gift of life, and when we go to sleep at night, any remaining time is NOT credited to us. What we haven't lived up that day is forever lost. Yesterday is forever gone. Each morning the account is refilled, but the bank can dissolve your account at any time....WITHOUT WARNING. SO, what will YOU do with your 86,400 seconds? Aren't they worth so much more than the same amount in dollars? Think about that, and always think of this: Enjoy every second of your life, because time races by so much quicker than you think! So take care of yourself, be happy, love deeply and enjoy life!

Gandhi regime

·Mrs. Sonia gandhi (vincci)

o5th std. educated

oItalian citizen name - Antonia Maino

oWas a waitress. She met Rajiv Gandhi, who was enrolled in Trinity College at the University of Cambridge in 1965 at a Greek restaurant (Varsity Restaurant) while working there, as a waitress to make ends meet

oThen sales executive in UK

oHolds a fake degree in English of Cambridge university

This is the qualification of the lady, who is governing India (beneficiary of 6 biggest scams in Indian history including Boforce, KGB, 2G, Equity sales fraud, Hawala and Swiss accounts)...Sonia Gandhi is currently in Switzerland not in USA to move their black money from their Swiss accounts. She and Congress are fooling people of India that she is in USA for some surgery/operation. She can have an operation/surgery in India also. India has worlds’ best hospitals and medical facilities available now. She can even call any doctor from world to India as visiting doctor to take opinion on her surgery/operation but as it is all fake story to fool India and its innocent people to transfer Black money before Indian people demands government to act and get it black money back to India. Government is also protracted and not acting on black money now till all politicians take out their money from their swiss accounts.

AND her son Rahul Gandhi,

·With 3 cases outside India caught high on cocaine

·Had failed in hindi

·Uses his mothers surname outside India and holds dual passports which are a big crime...

·Having a columbian girlfriend, whose is a daughter of a drug mafia...

Please spread to as many as you can so Indians get to know the reality.

You should also come out from wrong notion of Congress and Gandhi. It is not at all related to Mahatma Gandhi the father of Nation.

Indira Gandhi, daughter of Jawaharlal Nehru, She was named Indira Priyadarshini Nehru. She fell in love and decided to marry Feroze Khan, a family friend. Feroze Khan’s father, Nawab Khan, was a Muslim, and mother was a Persian Muslim. Jawaharlal Nehru did not approve of the inter-caste marriage for political reasons (see http://www.asiasource.org/society/indiragandhi.cfm). If Indira Nehru were to marry a Muslim she would loose the possibility of becoming the heir to the future Nehru dynasty. At this juncture, according to one story, Mahatma Gandhi intervened and adopted Feroze Khan, gave him his last name (family name/caste name) and got the name of Feroz Khan changed to Feroz Gandhi by an affidavit in England. Thus, Feroze Khan became Feroze Gandhi.

The Indira Gandhi was not Gandhi but Indira gained the surname "Gandhi" by her marriage to Feroze Gandhi. She had no relation to Mahatma Gandhi, either by blood or marriage.

Congress which is led by such a wrong people is not at all going to do anything good for India. Pls. do not depend and leave things on politicians and leaders you elect specially of Congress party.

Take active participation in Politics and be an active member in creation of better India for our generations to come.

Please open your eyes, mind and if you want India to be the best country in the World, we/ ourselves only will have to work for that.

Please do not get trapped into false and future dreams being shown and presented by your corrupt/criminal politicians. Go into depth and use your power of voting wisely.

Human body strange

Your Stomach Secretes Corrosive Acid
There's one dangerous liquid no airport security can confiscate from you: It's in your gut. Your stomach cells secrete hydrochloric acid, a corrosive compound used to treat metals in the industrial world. It can pickle steel, but mucous lining the stomach wall keeps this poisonous liquid safely in the digestive system, breaking down lunch.

Body Position Affects Your Memory
Can't remember your anniversary, hubby? Try getting down on one knee. Memories are highly embodied in our senses. A scent or sound may evoke a distant episode from one's childhood. The connections can be obvious (a bicycle bell makes you remember your old paper route) or inscrutable. A recent study helps decipher some of this embodiment. An article in the January 2007 issue of Cognition reports that episodes from your past are remembered faster and better while in a body position similar to the pose struck during the event.

Bones Break (Down) to Balance Minerals
In addition to supporting the bag of organs and muscles that is our body, bones help regulate our calcium levels. Bones contain both phosphorus and calcium, the latter of which is needed by muscles and nerves. If the element is in short supply, certain hormones will cause bones to break downeupping calcium levels in the bodyeuntil the appropriate extracellular concentration is reached.

Much of a Meal is Food For Thought
Though it makes up only 2 percent of our total body weight, the brain demands 20 percent of the body's oxygen and calories. To keep our noggin well-stocked with resources, three major cerebral arteries are constantly pumping in oxygen. A blockage or break in one of them starves brain cells of the energy they require to function, impairing the functions controlled by that region. This is a stroke.

Thousands of Eggs Unused by Ovaries
When a woman reaches her late 40s or early 50s, the monthly menstrual cycle that controls her hormone levels and readies ova for insemination ceases. Her ovaries have been producing less and less estrogen, inciting physical and emotional changes across her body. Her underdeveloped egg follicles begin to fail to release ova as regularly as before. The average adolescent girl has 34,000 underdeveloped egg follicles, although only 350 or so mature during her life (at the rate of about one per month). The unused egg follicles then deteriorate. With no potential pregnancy on the horizon, the brain can stop managing the release of ova.

Puberty Reshapes Brain Structure, Makes for Missed Curfews
We know that hormone-fueled changes in the body are necessary to encourage growth and ready the body for reproduction. But why is adolescence so emotionally unpleasant? Hormones like testosterone actually influence the development of neurons in the brain, and the changes made to brain structure have many behavioral consequences. Expect emotional awkwardness, apathy and poor decision-making skills as regions in the frontal cortex mature.

Cell Hairs Move Mucus
Most cells in our bodies sport hair-like organelles called cilia that help out with a variety of functions, from digestion to hearing. In the nose, cilia help to drain mucus from the nasal cavity down to the throat. Cold weather slows down the draining process, causing a mucus backup that can leave you with snotty sleeves. Swollen nasal membranes or condensation can also cause a stuffed schnozzle.

Big Brains Cause Cramped Mouths
Evolution isn't perfect. If it were, we might have wings instead of wisdom teeth. Sometimes useless features stick around in a species simply because they're not doing much harm. But wisdom teeth weren't always a cash crop for oral surgeons. Long ago, they served as a useful third set of meat-mashing molars. But as our brains grew our jawbone structure changed, leaving us with expensively overcrowded mouths.

The World Laughs with You
Just as watching someone yawn can induce the behavior in yourself, recent evidence suggests that laughter is a social cue for mimicry. Hearing a laugh actually stimulates the brain region associated with facial movements. Mimicry plays an important role in social interaction. Cues like sneezing, laughing, crying and yawning may be ways of creating strong social bonds within a group.

Your Skin Has Four Colors
All skin, without coloring, would appear creamy white. Near-surface blood vessels add a blush of red. A yellow pigment also tints the canvas. Lastly, sepia-toned melanin, created in response to ultraviolet rays, appears black in large amounts. These four hues mix in different proportions to create the skin colors of all the peoples of Earth.

Cry helps

A good cry can often make us feel better and help us put things in perspective. Now, a new study has revealed that the benefits of crying depend entirely on the what, where and when of a particular ‘crying episode’. The University of South Florida psychologists Jonathan Rottenberg and Lauren M Bylsma, along with their colleague Ad JJM Vingerhoets of Tilburg University analysed the detailed accounts of more than 3000 recent crying experiences (which occurred outside of the laboratory).
The researchers found that the majority of respondents reported improvements in their mood following a bout of crying. However, one third of the survey participants reported no improvement in mood and a tenth felt worse after crying. The survey also revealed that criers who received social support during their crying episode were the most likely to report improvements in mood.
Studies till date have not always produced a clear picture of the benefits of crying, in part because the results often seem to depend on how crying is studied. The researchers note several challenges in accurately studying crying behaviour in a laboratory setting.
Volunteers who cry in a laboratory setting often do not describe their experiences as being cathartic or making them feel better. Rather, crying in a laboratory setting often results in the study participants feeling worse; this may be due to the stressful conditions of the study itself, such as being videotaped or watched by research assistants. This may produce negative emotions (such as embarrassment), which neutralise the positive benefits usually associated with crying.
However, these laboratory studies have provided interesting findings about the physical effects of crying. Criers do show calming effects such as slower breathing, but they also experience a lot of unpleasant stress and arousal, including increased heart rate and sweating.
What is interesting is that bodily calming usually lasts longer than the unpleasant arousal. The calming effects may occur later and overcome the stress reaction, which would account for why people tend to remember mostly the pleasant side of crying.
Research has shown that the effects of crying also depend on who is shedding the tears. For example, individuals with anxiety or mood disorders are least likely to experience the positive effects of crying. Also, the researchers found that people who lack insight into their emotional lives (a condition known as alexithymia) actually feel worse after crying. The authors suggest that for these individuals, their lack of emotional insight may prevent the kind of cognitive change required for a sad experience to be transformed into something positive. ANI

Master the Art of Living

Stress results from a wrong definition of life. For most people life stands for 'Living in Fear Everyday'. Insecurities and fears lead you to
ignore the positives leading to a loss of self-belief. The way out of this negative spiral is to change the definition of life to 'Living in Freedom Everyday'.
By making the right choices, you attract positive people and opportunities. Given our busy schedules, it might not always be possible to pursue any single form
of wellness. But you can make small changes from various forms. Motivational speaker and life coach Santosh Joshi gives some easily do-able tips.
In touch with your inner self
Master this simple meditation technique. You can do this while travelling in a bus, train or flight, or even at work. And you only need 15 minutes.
- Sit in a comfortable chair.

- Take a few deep breaths. Focus on the breath going in and out.

- Imagine that your whole body, every pore and cell is breathing. (This helps draw cosmic energy.)
Imbibe the power of music
Sound vibrations stir our inner being. Play spiritual music, hymns and chants as and when you can. Listen to such music while working out or jogging;
your mind wouldn't wander then.
Be around nature
Invest in making your living zone a green area by planting trees. Try and sign up for nature walks once in a while. Else, try and walk barefoot every day for
15 minutes at your nearest park. It's a simple way to connect with nature. The earth element has the capacity to take away negativity.
Have vibrant colours around
Colour therapy is getting popular by the day. Colours emit vibrations that affect our psyche. Eg: Yellow gives confidence, red signifies security, orange signifies
emotional balance and blue improves communication and intuition. Explore its benefits in daily life. Change your drapes, bed sheets, pillow covers, etc. with
primary colours or any colour that makes you happy. Light coloured candles. Wear more vibrant hues. Choose outfits depending on the way you want to project yourself.
Indulge in some laughter therapy
No need to join a laughter club, just try and have a good laugh at least 10 minutes a day. It opens up blocked energy patterns, releases feel-good hormones
and is even good for certain aches and pains. So rent your favourite DVDs or comedy shows and laugh out loud.
Energise your house
Light a candle or diya every morning and evening. Fire has capacity to burn negative energies. Fill your house with fragrance and aromas that relax the mind.
Try and have a water body. Also have open windows; the flow of air takes away negative energy.
Inner child therapy
Each person has an inner child within him/her. Do things you used to as a child -- be it clay modeling, doodling, drawing with colour pencils/crayons or even
jumping into a puddle. They help you get rid of inhibitions and help you explore new areas of life.
Press the right points
Based on acupressure, stimulating pressure points reduces stress. During stress, immediately press points around your eyes, your ear lobes and the point
between your nose and lips. These points have a direct connection to nerve endings that control feelings of unease. Also keep pressing your palms to get immediate relief.
Healthy lifestyle
The point about good sleep, healthy diet and exercise cannot be emphasised enough. If you can't stick to a routine, at least adopt a few good practices.
Like having a 'fruit day' occasionally to cleanse the body. Or drinking enough water to flush out toxins. Another tip is to count your steps while walking,
it improves concentration. Finally, have gratitude; gratitude fills us with positive energy.
Clear clutter
Clear your home, work station and even your car. Most importantly, clear your mind. Clutter creates blocks in the flow of energy within you. When these
blocks remain for long, it spreads all over your body and mind leaving you in a forever irritable and snappy mood.

Cures For Overcoming The Onset Of Mental Rigor Mortis.

4 Cures For Overcoming The Onset Of Mental Rigor Mortis..

Motivational Memo: The older I get the younger I think. The number of years denoted by the calendar and your birth date are no reflection of how old you really are, or how healthy you are in your spirit, soul and body. There are some twenty-one year olds who, in their mind and attitudes, are older than someа in their eighties. Age is not a matter of chronology. Age is a matter of attitude, and of the state of your mind.So to keep you from suffering from mental rigor mortis and vision arthritis, here are four cures that will keep you 'young at heart' and 'young of mind' for many years to come.

1. Keep LearningPeople who work a job and who do additional study outside of their working hours attract advancement. In this day and age there is no excuse for not pursuing some external study.Personally, I attend seminars, take online courses and position myself to learn new things at every opportunity. I make certain that I am always a student, because I have enrolled in a lifetime of learning. By doing this, your mind is stimulated, new ideas are sparked, fresh insight is revealed, and a different perspective is gained.I pay for some of this learning, but it is amazing how many complimentary courses are available - both offline and online in written, audio and video format.

2. Keep ReadingааNow I'm not talking about the newspaper here. I'm talking about selective reading of material that stimulates your brain, challenges you through questioning, and causes you to take notes. In addition to books, set up Google Reader on your computer so that you can be alerted about great articles that have just been written in blogs all over the world.Join your local library, and that way you have access to an incredible array of material for free.

3. Keep Great CompanyI'm a firm believer of the power of coaches and mentors. The greatest value of having these people in your world is that they are unafraid to ask you the hard questions. In addition they also keep you accountable. It is so easy to lie to yourself, and to fail to fulfill the plans that you have proposed to move you forward in life.Whether they are paid or unpaid really doesn't matter. But make sure that you meet on a weekly basis for at least an hour for an extended length of time. Watch how that relationship makes you sharper in every area of your life. In addition, the conversation focused on your personal improvement - whether in person, or over the phone or via Skype - will develop you in your communication skills and perception.

4. Keep Pursuing Great GoalsIn my wallet I have a list of my goals that I carry with me and refer to on a daily basis. On this year's goal list I have my:Major goal for the yearTravel goals Financial goalsSpiritual goalsMental goalsPhysical goalsSocial goalsBusiness goalsFuture goals - that spread beyond this calendar yearIn addition, next to my bed I have a major two-year goal that I am pursuing, and the financial reward for that goal once achieved. It is written on my note pad so that I see it and speak it each night before I go to bed and each morning when I rise. So by learning, reading, keeping great company, and pursuing great goals you are offsetting the disease that afflicts those who remain staid in their thinking and unchanged and unchallenged in their thought processes. I recently wrote a great article about how to live with no goals. You can read more here..By maintaining an atmosphere of stimulated thinking, mental rigor mortis and vision arthritis will have no power over you. Healing shall be yours.

Doctor's advice

Q: Doctor, I’ve heard that cardiovascular exercise can prolong life. Is this true?
A: Your heart only good for so many beats, and that it... Don't waste on exercise. Everything wear out eventually. Speeding up heart not make you live longer; it like saying you extend life of car by driving faster. Want to live longer? Take nap.

Q: Should I reduce my alcohol intake?
A: No, not at all. Wine made from fruit. Brandy is distilled wine that mean they take water out of fruity bit so you get even more of goodness that way. Beer also made of grain. Bottom up!

Q: How can I calculate my body/fat ratio?
A: Well, if you have body and you have fat, your ratio one to one. If you have two bodies, your ratio two to one, etc.

Q: What are some of the advantages of participating in a regular exercise program?
A: Can't think of single one, sorry. My philosophy is: No pain...good!

Q: Aren't fried foods bad for you?
A: YOU NOT LISTENING! Food are fried these day in vegetable oil. In fact, they permeated by it. How could getting more vegetable be bad for you?!?

Q: Will sit-ups help prevent me from getting a little soft around the middle?
A: Definitely not! When you exercise muscle, it get bigger. You should only be doing sit-up if you want bigger stomach.

Q: Is chocolate bad for me?
A: Are you crazy?!? HEL-LO-O!! Cocoa bean! Another vegetable! It best feel-good food around!

Q: Is swimming good for your figure?
A: If swimming good for your figure, explain whale to me..

Q: Is getting in shape important for my lifestyle?
A: Hey! 'Round' is shape!

Well... I hope this has cleared up any misconceptions you may have had about food and diets.

REMEMBER:

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Chardonnay in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!"

IN SUMMARY:

For those of you who watch what you eat, here's the final word on nutrition and health. It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting nutritional studies.

1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Australians.

2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than Australians.

3. The Chinese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Australians.

4. The Italians drink a lot of red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks than Australians.

5. The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than Australians.

CONCLUSION:

Similarities GIRLS & BOYS

Similarities Between (Girls & Windows) And (Boys & Linux)

Girls and Windows

NINE WORDS WOMEN USE

(1) Fine: This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

(2) Five Minutes: If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.

(3) Nothing: This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine.

(4) Go Ahead: This is a dare, not permission. Don't Do It!

(5) Loud Sigh: This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer back to # 3 for the meaning of nothing.)

(6) That's Okay: This is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. That's okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

(7) Thanks: A woman is thanking you, do not question, or faint. Just say you're welcome. (I want to add in a clause here - This is true, unless she says 'Thanks a lot' - that is PURE sarcasm and she is not thanking you at all. DO NOT say 'you're welcome'. that will bring on a 'whatever').

(8) Whatever: Is a woman's way of saying F--- YOU!

(9) Don't worry about it, I got it: Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking 'What's wrong?' For the woman's response refer to # 3.

Why God created world

10. God worried that Adam would always be lost in the garden because he knew men would never ask directions.
9.
God knew that Adam would one day need someone to hand him the TV remote
because men don't want to see what's on television, they want to see
what else is on television.
8. God knew that Adam would never buy a new fig leaf when the seat wore out and therefore would need Eve to get one for him.
7. God knew that Adam would never make a doctors appointment for himself.
6. God knew that Adam would never remember which night was garbage night.
5. God knew that if the world was to be populated there would have
to be someone to bear children, because men would never be able to
handle it.
4. As "Keeper of the Garden" Adam would never remember where he put his tools.
3. The scripture account of creation indicates that Adam needed
someone to blame his troubles on when God caught him hiding in the
garden.
2. As the Bible says, "It is not good for man to be alone." He only ends up getting himself in trouble.

I'll give you to night

I am thinking of you
In my sleepless solitude tonight
If it's wrong to love you
Then my heart just won't let me right
Cause I've drowned in you
And I won't pull through
Without you by my side
I'd give my all to have
Just one more night with you
I'd risk my life to feel
Your body next to mine
Cause I can't go on
Living in the memory of our song
I'd give my all for your love tonight
Baby can you feel me
Imagining I'm looking in your eyes
I can see you clearly
Vividly emblazoned in my mind

And yet you're so far
Like a distant star
I'm wishing on tonight

I'd give my all to have
Just one more night with you

I'd risk my life to feel
Your body next to mine

Cause I can't go on
Living in the memory of our song

I'd give my all for your love tonight
I'd give my all to have

Just one more night with you
I'd risk my life to feel

Your body next to mine
Cause I can't go on

Living in the memory of our song
I'd give my all for your love tonight

Give my all for your loveTonight

Only woman can do

A woman dreams ... with her heart, dreams of passion,

beauty and peace on earth.
A woman cries ... tears when she's wounded...replaced with
smiles when she knows she will heal soon.

A woman loves ... with her soul, deep and true ... with all that
she knows.....

A woman tries ... through every wrong, ... forgives past sins
and finds the strength to move on.

A woman gives ... everything inside her ... she does not hold
back because of the fears that remind her ... she could be hurt,
be taken in, ... a woman protects herself with the love that lies
within.....

Only a woman knows the secret truths that hide beneath the
surface of her warmth and kindness.

Only a woman knows the tender touch that can heal all
wrongs and relieve all fears.

Only a woman can give her all and have love left to give when
the giving is done.

Only a woman ... with a woman's heart ... can understand and
accept ... the many pains she will encounter.

Only a woman ... with a woman's heart ... can possibly know
the strength of her heart.....

A woman knows ... if all she owns was taken ... there are
parts of her, the best of her ... that nothing on earth can ever
take away ... the woman's heart, the woman's depths.

LOVE

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres

The most important room in a house is a bedroom. It is where we cool off, spending around one-third day time.
Although we may be catching some zzz's for most of that time, it is still the room you are in when you go to bed and wake up the following morning, so its design and decoration ' from the bedroom color scheme on the walls, to the bedroom furniture and bed itself' can play a major part in your mood, feelings and emotions over time.

Therefore, it is very important to take time in choosing a bedroom color scheme, based on your tastes and preferences. However, other factors may play a part, such as the bedroom's size and shaped.

Blue

Light shades of blue work well with pastel color especially soft apple greens. Certain tones of blue can also be put with yellow to create a warm Mediterranean style.

Green

Green is the color used to symbolise nature, balance, harmony and positivity. It creates a relaxing surroundings when used in softer tones. Team with small amounts of dark grey or browns or large amounts of more neutral color to create a contemporary look in a living room. The use of less saturated greens with light cream can be a good combination for the country cottage look in a kitchen/breakfast room. Adding black and white to green can create an Art Deco look or why not be bold and try a retro theme with lime green for something a little different.

Red
As with warning signs, red is a color which grabs people's attention, so ideal it would be used on a feature wall or to create a statement piece in a room. This lively color is best used in social rooms, such as dining rooms, living rooms or open plan kitchen/living rooms. Often small doses can be more effective then large areas of the color, so great if you"re not confident enough to paint the walls instead you can add this color into a room in the form of decorative accessories.

Yellow
Like the sunshine, yellow is bright and exudes excitement so perfect for a child's room or in an entrance hallway. It is also effective when used to highlight elements of your space, just remember to choose a color that isn't to bright as your eyes can become strained from looking at a very colorful shade. Pale color are always best to sooth the eyes.

Brown
It is the color of the earth, use brown to create a nurturing ambience. Color such as Coffee are becoming more and more popular and are best when paired with other neutrals or warm tones.

Black
Black is formal, aristocratic and prestigious. Black makes other color stand out so it is ideal for teaming up with warm colors. Too much black in a space can make the room feel smaller, so this is best used in small amounts. Black is perfect for that formal dining area.

Choose a color of bedroom based on the size.

For small bedrooms size, it is wise to opt for a lighter color, which will reflect more light and therefore give the illusion that the room looks larger than it actually is. Mirrors can also help to us to open a small space and make it appear larger “ someone with a small bedroom might want to have a few small mirrors dotted around in the bedroom for this reason. Alternatively, for larger bedrooms, darker colors can make the bedroom look smaller. Although this may not sound that great, it should help to close in the space and therefore give the feel of a comforting and intimate bedroom.

KEEP SMILING

7 Ways To Put A Smile On Somebody Else’s Face

1. Write an encouraging note to others that have encouraged you or that need encouragement. Handwritten notes that are given to encourage, not just for thanking someone for a gift, are rare. That makes handwritten notes even more special. Start a new practice of sitting down and writing an encouraging note on a regular basis. You just might start an epidemic!

2. Take a friend out to lunch or invite her to your home for a meal. You will get to know each other even better than you do right now. If you feel like being more adventurous, throw a party for several of your friends and put smiles on a multitude of faces.

3. Give someone an inspirational book to read. You will feel good doing it, reading the book will change the person, and they will think of you every time they read it.

4. Ask a friend or relative if you can take care of their kid(s) for a day or evening. If you have been a parent, you know the value of being able to have a few hours of `adult time` without worrying about the children. Don't wait to be asked to baby-sit when it is required. Offer to do it at a time when the parent can do something fun and relaxing.

5. Deliver a meal to someone you know that is sick or having a rough time. We have all been sick and know the last thing you want to do is be out of bed. There are also times when life is tough and it is hard to do all of the daily chores. You can be a tremendous help by providing a meal that can be enjoyed.

6. Volunteer time to supporting your local prayer hall or temple. Every minute you dedicate to charity or temple will cause many smiles. You will put a smile on the face of each leader just for helping without being asked. You will also be putting smiles on the faces of those that are being helped through the organization.

7. Thank everyone that supports you throughout the day. The list of those that you come in contact with is endless. Remember family and friends, secretaries, co-workers, teachers, Sunday school teachers, pastors, store employees, janitors, gas station attendants, those that deliver your mail and newspaper, and servers at restaurants

Always be up for surprises
Love someone with all of your heart
Share with friends

At the end of the day... PRAY
....... and close your eyes
And smile at least once a day!

SELF IMPROVEMENT

1st Self Improvement Activity:
Use your energy on important things If you want to succeed in life, you should not waste your energy on activities that do not bring any benefits.

Such useless activities include surfing the Internet without any purpose, watching TV, worrying and wasting money.

When you are involved in such activities, you have no or little energy left for activities that can create a better future. It is worth prioritizing and accomplishing important tasks first, and then if you still have enough energy, you may decide to do the unimportant.

2nd Self Improvement Activity:
Focus on one task at a time if you want to get perfect results, you should only concentrate on one activity. This way all your energy will go into it and you will accomplish it perfectly.

If you waste your energy on several things at the same time, you will get average results because you will divide your energy between the activities.

3rd Self Improvement Activity:
Control your thinking to avoid chaos in your mind resulting in chaos in the outside world; you should try to observe your thoughts. Once you start doing that, you will notice how many negative thoughts you get daily.

By observing negative thinking you will be able to emotionally disengage from it. As a result, negative thinking will affect you less and you will notice that your days are getting more peaceful and positive.

4th Self Improvement Activity:
Get organized when you live in an organized manner, you do not suffer from stress and your life is peaceful and balanced.

To start living this way, you should start planning your day in advance. This will eliminate any stress caused by being late to a meeting or forgetting to complete some task.
You should also live in tidiness because by keeping your home clean you also keep your mental state clear and peaceful. Such mental state will benefit you in many ways, including improved memory and less negativity.

5th Self Improvement Activity:
Live in the present although this self improvement activity may seem strange to you, it is a very important activity that many ignore. The majority of people do not live in the present. They either dwell on their past or daydream about the future. They seem to forget the most important time of all - the present.

You should enjoy every present moment because your current state of mind always manifests in the outside world, creating your future accordingly.

Therefore if your main mood is very positive, you will experience only happy days. However, if you dwell on negative thoughts, you are sure to encounter many obstacles and misfortunes in the present and days to come.

6th Self Improvement Activity:
Complete each task in a perfect manner whenever you are working on some project, try to accomplish it in the best way possible. Always ask yourself 'Is this project turned out as perfect as it could possibly be?' If the answer is no, try to correct or add something to it until there is nothing that you can improve.

This way you will make sure that each single task you accomplish is done in an excellent manner. By doing this you will create successful future because you cannot possibly fail if you only get perfect results.

Also, when you entirely focus on one task excluding everything else, you will notice that you start enjoying the task. If you concentrate on the task but still do not enjoy it that means that you probably see the task as a means to an end rather than the process.

You should start focusing on the process itself to find enjoyment in the task. Such enjoyment will fuel motivation and you will accomplish everything quicker and better.

If you enjoy your work, you will put only positive energy into it. As a result, your completed tasks will bring you success.

7th Self Improvement Activity:
Challenge yourself Nothing develops you more than challenges. Challenges force you to shift your comfort zone, experience new situations and make you grow. Without challenges life would be very boring and depressing.

Challenges are necessary for every human being who is seeking quality life. Only through trial and error you realize who you really are, which activities you like and what preferences you have.

You can easily measure the success of a person by the amount of challenges s/he had.

8th Self Improvement Activity:
Read personal development books there is nothing more important than searching information about self improvement. Without reading any self improvement books or articles you cannot improve yourself.

9th Self Improvement Activity:
Socialize only with positive people Positive people can inspire, empower and make you happy. It is so much worth to be at least once in a while with positive people rather than constantly spend time with negative friends or relatives.

If you spend your days with, for example, lazy people, you may notice that you are becoming lazy.

If all your friends' main qualities are negative, try to avoid all of them. This way you will not be affected in a negative way and after some time will start attracting positive people.

10th Self Improvement Activity:
Exercise Daily exercise develops determination, focus and patience. It improves your health and strengthens your body. It makes you more active, positive and invincible.

People who exercise every day are always perceived as strong-willed and disciplined.

Conclusion:
These personal improvement activities are sure to put you on the track to success. I hope that you will apply the steps in this article and, as a result, will greatly improve the quality of your life.

SCIENTIFIC ANALYSIS OF MANTRA

SCIENTIFIC ANALYSIS OF "MANTRA"
The scientific analysis of a Mantra is givenbelow, as to how it attracts power when chanted by someone.

Everything has a particularvibratory frequency. Every thought, every word and every emotion. How we feel, think and speak defines our particular vibration. And we create our world basedupon that vibration. Sound is an incredibly powerfulvibration. Mana meansmind, “tra” means wave or projections. Thereforemantra is the projection of the mind through soundvibrations.
The basic structure of theuniverse is the atom, and the basic structure of our bodies is the cell; eachcell is made of billions of atoms and each atom is made of a positive nucleusand negative electrons rotating around it; because of this rotation, anelectromagnetic field is generated similar to fields generated by anengine.
Every single atom isvibrating in a specific frequency, whether this atom is part of metal, water, cell, or anything else. So every thing in this universe is vibrating, this is agiven scientific fact.
A small pebble thrown in apond creates numerous ripples reaching quite far, in the same pond itself. Sameway, the words, which we pronounce, creates vibrations and waves in our mind, which awaken subtle powers in us. Thus the Effects of whatever Words we speak, falls on our self, our society, and even on the universe...

Realizing this fact, that SOUND is the most powerful element; our ancientsages developed the science of Music or Sound (SHABDA) Therapy, called Bio-wavesor “Mantra” and a collection of Mantras called a “STOTRA”, which beingrelated to Ether (which is very subtle), becomes very powerful as the power ofSUBTLE (SUKSHAMA) is greater than the GROSS (STHOOLA). When atoms are isolated,it creates great energy & become more powerful, although it is so small thatit is impossible to see it, with our naked eyes, likewise when a person focuseson every single syllable and letter emanating from the Shabda Brahma (Mantra) orthe nada (the vibration) it is said to have profound effects on the psyche aswell as one’s physical self.

Mantra or Stotras are thosescientifically made sound combinations that affect our subtle Nerves – “SHATCHAKRAS” and “POWER CENTRES” directly in such a way, that it awakens our'powers', which otherwise lie dormant. As a result these Nerves become activeand the person chanting is blessed with different powers(SIDDHI). In fact, (STOTRA SADHANA) isnothing else, but the Power of Sound. These Sanskrit Mantra letters contain bothEmotions and Meanings. The permutation and combinations of these letters havethe power to create wonders.
Sound being the base of the Mantra, makes it very powerful.

"When a Mantra ispronounced repeatedly, like a dynamo the Sound waves are transformed intoelectrical energy or vibrations & if coupled with deep emotions, becomesmore powerful. These vibrations are in the shape of a Ring which rises up withgreat speed, through the medium of Ether, moving directly towards the presidingDeity of that Mantra. When it reaches its Deity, it combines with the power ofthat Deity before bouncing back along with the subtle but now manifold powers ofthat Deity back to re-enter the source of its origin which is the subtle body ofthe one chanting the Mantra. The Stronger the Faith, Will-power and Emotionattached with the Mantra, the Stronger will be the attraction of the powers ofthe Deity. It’s like a Dynamo effect, the more who keep repeating a Mantracontinuously the more you get charged up with Divinity .This phenomenon is sosubtle & so fast that the person chanting the Mantra does not even realizeit as these sound waves or vibrations moving in the air in about 340m/sec havetheir own frequency while humans can hear only from 20 frequencies per second to20000 frequencies per second & not outside of thisrange."

On thephysically level the science of Sound works with the movement of the tongue inthe mouth. The hard upper palate forms the roof of the mouth wherethere are 84 meridian points located. While pronouncing the Mantra, the movementof the tongue stimulates these meridian points which in turn stimulate thehypothalamus to secrete neurotransmission fluids. As these different chemicalliquids are secreted to different parts of the brain, messages are transmittedthroughout as well. Simultaneously, these Mantra sound vibrations are alsoreceived by the ear & are turned into electrical signals which move alongthe acoustic nerve towards the acoustic bark in the Brain, whose cells thencorrespond to these waves and move into the various parts of the brainespecially the frontal part. All these parts work together corresponding to thesignals and translating them to a language the human understands. And as, as ourbody is made up of at least 70 per cent water, our bodies become an excellentconductor of sound vibrations thus every cell in our body acts as a soundresonator. So finally, the brain analyses these signals and gives orders to thevarious parts of the body to correspond to thesesignals.
Thesigns of this charged Mantra, re-entering the subtle body of the person chantingit, are in the different types of Vibrations or Emotions that can moveone to tears, lift his spirits up, bring back beautiful memories, make himdeliriously happy, or rouse violent emotions, sensations of energy flowing fromthe head to the base or goose bumps too.
The mantra may bechanted out aloud, or repeated silently, or resonated in the mind (Japa) andshould be recited from the base of the stomach which represents the seat of aperson’s dormant power. There is a lot of hidden shakti here. It producessubtle vibrations in the fine nerves of the brain, thereby empowering thebrain’s 108 centers and quelling their inactivity.
If Mantras are pronouncedcorrectly, following the rules and regulations, given in the Scriptures it canundoubtedly cure many a diseases. So, the Success of theMantra lies in its correct pronunciation. Unless the pronunciation is correct,it does not have the desirable effects on our Nerves.
JAPA and DHYANA,are similar to NAADA (Sound) and BINDUSAADHANA (Concentration on a point), which can pierce the greateror the subtlest particle.

EXAMPLES-
The “Gayatri Mantra”GAYATRI MANTRA when repeatedly chanted, createsring shaped sound waves which rises up with great speed, through Ether and goestowards the Sun, and after touching the surface of the SUN, it returns backalong with the subtle powers of the Sun, like Heat, Light, Electrical etc. Thusthe Mantra combined with all these powers of the Sun re-enters the subtle bodyof the one chanting it. Who, therefore is regarded blessed by GayatriMata.
POWER OF MANTRATansen the famouscourt-musician of Emperor Akbar, could make the clouds pour down by singing theRaga MEGH MALHAAR, and could lit the lamps by singing RAGA DEEPAK.
POWER OF SOUND VIBRATIONSTwo scientists by the name ofGRAHAM and NEIL did a experiment in a crowded street, in Australia's Melbournecity. The experiment was done to show the 'POWERS OF SOUND'. The medium of theexperiment was a Motor-Car. They wanted to move the car, according to theircommands. The car followed their command when they said 'START' and again whenthey commanded 'GO', the car started moving and stopped when they said 'HALT'.People thought it to be a magic, which in reality, it was not. It was merely anexperiment, which showed the 'Power of Sound'. But how did ithappen?
Graham had a Transmitter inhis hands; the function of the Transmitter was to convert the command into afixed frequency of electrical power, and send it to the control unit, which wasfitted in the dashboard of the car. Another device named 'CAR RADIO' was fittedin front of the Control-unit.
When the electro-magneticfrequencies transmitted by the Transmitter, dashed against 'CAR RADIO' the carsengine started and even began to move, and ultimately stopped. The source of allthese happenings was the 'SOUND WAVES'.The causes and effects of the'MANTRAS' and 'STOTRAS' could not be analyzed till date, because they are basedon Ultrasonic Sounds, which, we can neither see, nor hear. But if these are pronouncedwith clarity and emotion, than it can do wonders.

die your fears

"The gardener goes forth in faith to sow his seeds. He has learned that as he sows, so shall he reap... If we can conceive only a little good, that is as much as we can experience. We must instill into the mind the fundamental proposition that good is without bounds. Let us realize and work with this sound knowledge and perfect faith: That as high as we shall make our mark in Mind and Spirit, so high shall be Its outward manifestation in our material world."

"You have a strength of your own that is great enough to do all that is necessary. The Almighty has implanted genius within the soul of everyone and what we need to do is to unearth that inner genius and cause it to shine forth... All the power and intelligence of the Universe is already within, waiting to be utilized. Self-reliance is the word to dwell on. Listen to your own voice; it will speak in terms that are unmistakable. Trust in your own self more than in all else."

YOUR SPIRIT

There is no place you can go to hide from the thoughts that you keep contemplating over and over inside your mind...

There is no place you can venture where your true emotions will be concealed and the secrets of your heart will not show...

There is no place in this whole wide world you can travel
to where your spirit does not direct or guide you towards your destiny...

Life is the experience of being you; no one can ever be someone other than who they are...

The beauty found in each and every person is the essence of life...

Simply...you are who you are and for what ever time you have to be...

You must not try to shadow yourself,
but, rather, express yourself...

How To Approach Us Girls- A Woman's Point Of View

It seems so easy when you see other guys doing it! However, you may find that approaching a girl , telling her that you like her or asking her out, is Mission Impossible for you!

Don’t worry, us girls won’t easily admit it, but the fact is that we feel flattered most of the times we are approached... at least, if you do it right!

However, approaching a girl means you have to face the possibility of being rejected, and no one likes that!

In order to minimize this awful turn of events coming true, next time you go for it, pay attention to certain signals us girls send. You may have probably noticed by now that women who like a guy won’t approach him, but wait for the man to do the first move.

Certainly, you can’t expect a girl to do a direct approach: it’s you who have to take the chance, because we also fear rejection! On the other hand, it’s not that us girls don’t communicate: we may not be using words, but we are constantly sending signals through body language.

For Example:

* Eye contact: Girls may flirt through a short period of eye contact, then glancing away, and then looking back at you to see if you maintained the contact.

* Tossing the hair: A girl who plays with her hair is definitely trying to catch a guy’s attention.

* Touching the edge of our glass: Very common signal in bars and discos!

Helpful Tips

Next time you go to a disco, a bar or a club, a good exercise you can do is just sitting there and watching.

Observe the way girls act around boys they like, as well as how they respond with their body language when a guy they’re not interested comes near.

Look at men too, you may recognize in them certain signals you are sending as well (whether intentionally, or not!). If you have a girl who is a close friend, you may even ask her for help: tell her to point at those girls who are flirting, since us women recognize in others the same body language that we use.

When you finally approach a girl, don’t look desperate: asking for her number immediately is a bad idea.

She may think you do that to every girl around!

First, talk to her, get to know her, take the time to know who she is and what you could have in common. Only then you may ask for her number or ask her on a date.

Us girls like guys who make us laugh, who we can trust, who shows that he cares and who listen to us. Demonstrate you could be one of those guys, and you'll get the girl for sure!

Eye Contact

One of the leading causes of guys getting rejected when they approach the girl is that they don't make eye contact.

* Don't look at the floor!
* Don't mumble!
* Don't stare at her upper body area!

Girls want confident men to approach them. They want someone who doesn't make them nervous and eye contact helps with that.

Girls are very quick to pick up on a man's confidence and would reject him quickly just on this basis alone.

Smiling

Smiling is the simplest way to recognize whether or not the girl has an interest in you! When you smile at her, she would most probably smile back at you if she was ready to be approached.

* Smile but DO NOT STARE!

BUT, if she has a blank expression on her face or maybe just looks away as if trying to ignore you then she is not willing to be approached and you should avoid a possible rejection and move on to someone else.
Positive Body Language

Positive nonverbal communication is very important to be able to approach a girl effectively and receive the appropriateresponse.

When a girl senses that you're nervous with your approach she is more likely to reject you especially if she fidgets and feels tense. She may be uncomfortable and she'll show it.

* Is her body facing you or away from you?
* Is she smiling?

"If you want to make her feel comfortable about YOU approaching HER, then you have to feel comfortable YOURSELF."

A woman will feed off whatever energy you are sending out. When you send out a message that you are nervous and apprehensive about approaching her, then what do you think she is going to end up feeling ?

That same nervous and apprehensive energy that you're feeling, she'll feel!!

You can eliminate this by instead being relaxed and not feeling nervous at all. Just say to yourself, "There's nothing really bad that can happen from approaching this woman".
"Women like to be approached by guys, just as long as you're not doing so with the hopes of dating her."

Does that make any sense?

Even though a part of her will probably guess that this may be the reason why you are approaching her, it shouldn't be so apparent.

She can't think that this is all you want to do.

It has to be a lot more natural to approach a woman and get a conversation started. After some chemistry has been built up, then work your way into getting a date with her. If she is out at a bar or a club, chances are, she is open to being approached by a guy, as long as he doesn't seem like just another guy that wants to hook up.
